Instructions :
Prepare Coconut Caramel Syrup: Combine COCONUT SUGAR NECTAR AGRO FARMERS NATURAL, and pinch of salt in small saucepan. Whisk together until the sugar has mostly dissolved. Bring to low boil. Continue to boil for 2 to 3 minutes until the syrup begins to thicken. Remove from the heat. Whisk in the vanilla extract and keep warm (or reheat later) for serving. Leftover coconut caramel syrup can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Prepare Pancakes: - Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. -In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, mashed banana, egg, and melted butter. Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and using a spatula, fold and stir together until just combined. Allow the batter to sit for 10 minutes. -Heat a tab of butter in large non-stick (or cast-iron) skillet over medium heat. Once the butter begins to sizzle, spoon the batter onto the park ,forming 5 to 6-inch pancakes. Avoid over-crowding the pan. -Once bubbles begin to form on the tops of the pancakes, flip them carefully and continue to cook on other side until lightly brown. Adjust heat as needed. Serve the hot pancakes with warm coconut caramel syrup. -Garnish with sliced banana as desired. |

Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -In the bowl of a stand mixer (or a large bowl with a hand mixer), cream together the butter and COCONUT SUGAR GRANULE AGRO FARMERS NATURAL until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes. -Add egg and vanilla and mix until combined. -In a separate medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. -With mixer on low, gradually mix in the flour mixture until just combined (taking care not to over-mix). -Place remaining ¼ cup coconut sugar in a small bowl. Using your hands, form balls with about 1 ½ Tbsp of dough at a time. Roll balls in sugar and place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Use a drinking glass or the palm of your hand to gently flatten the dough balls a bit. -Bake for 9-11 minutes until cookies are just turning golden on the bottom, but are still soft. Let cool on pan for a couple minutes before moving to wire racks to cool completely. |

Tapioca Pearls - In a pot, add 60ml of water and 40 gr AREN PALM SUGAR AGRO FARMERS NATURAL. Allow this to boil and mix well. Then add half of the tapioca starch and mix well. Take the mixture off the heat and add the rest of the starch flour. -Take the dough mixture and shape evenly into a ball. Add more starch flour if the mixture is sticking to your hand. Roll this out to 2-3cm thick and cut into small squares. Roll these into ball shapes. -On high heat, boil the water first, then add the tapioca pearls and cook for around 6-8 minutes. Or until they begin the emerge from the water. Remove from the water and set aside in an ice bath. Aren sugar syrup - In a pot, add 30ml of water and the rest of the sugar to it. Allow this to boil and wait for the consistency to become a thick translucent brown. At this point, turn the heat to low and add in the pearls to slow simmer in the syrup for another 5 mins. - Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool and thicken further. serve : -Take a few spoonful of the Aren sugar syrup and drizzle on the glass. than add the syrup also the tapiocca pearls to the bottom of the glass. add some iice to the glass, Finally, add fresh milk to complete the boba drinks. |
